Amanda is Omnia Support's registered manager and manages the Northfield site's dedicated team of administrative, organisational staff and carers.

Amanda has a wealth of experience in care and takes personal pride in the testimonials we receive from our happy clients.

Our Care and Business Development Manager, Debbie Barnes

What Debbie enjoys most about her role is that it allows her to meet many people, from the customers we support, the carers she is able to support and train that are employed by Omnia support alongside supporting the development of the company and to ensure each and every one of our customers receive the very best care possible, personally centred around their needs.

Debbie has worked for Omnia Support since 2024 and is passionate about the delivery of high quality care to our customers, supporting them to achieve their desired outcomes.

She has worked within the care sector for over 30 years, beginning her career in child care, moving to adult care over 12 years ago.

She is proud of the support she has been able to give to many customers and to have received ‘Outstanding’ with CQC in her inspections.

She holds many qualifications within the care sector including leadership and management.
